Kaylyn Lane

Kaylyn joined Weaver Consulting Group in 2018 after years in the event planning industry.

Originally from Washington, her drive to grow both personally and professionally led her to Southern California, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology. As the first in her family to graduate from college, Kaylyn is a self-starter who values connection, collaboration, and creating meaningful experiences for others.

She’s often the go-to person for keeping things on track, whether that means organizing workflows, supporting clients through day-to-day needs, coordinating projects, or bringing creative energy to marketing efforts.

Outside of work, Kaylyn loves traveling with her husband, adventuring with their dogs (Jade and Ari), and going to concerts.
